Registration

We offer three types of inscription: student, author or participant. The inscription rate for participants and students includes the Congress documents, a certificate of participation, and admittance to the coffee breaks.

The rate for authors includes all of the above, plus attendance at the Gala Dinner.

It is necessary for all – including authors – to submit their registration to the Gala Dinner no later than the 4th of January, in order for the organising committee to confirm the number of attendees.

Notes

If you are submitting a work, you must select the ‘author’ category, regardless of whether you are a student or not. However, students from the UA/UM Doctoral Programme, should select the ‘student’ category.

In order to qualify for the student rate, you must provide proof that you are currently a student by presenting a valid student card or equivalent document with your inscription payment receipt.

In the field “additional details to appear on the receipt”, you must include your name, address and financial identification number to which the receipt for the conference fees will be sent.

Registrations are no longer accepted.

In the case of congress participants from Brazil we suggest that payments should be processed through Western Union. For more information, please contact the Executive Administration of the Congress.

The inscriptions will only be validated upon receipt of payment. To confirm that the payment that the payment is being processed, we request that all participants send an email to this effect, to dlc-ociocultura@ua.pt, with the subject title: “Proof of Payment: (name)”. You will subsequently receive an email which will confirm your subscription.
